Cyber attack has hit back and this time, 17 million data have been hacked. Cyber security firm ‘Foot Print’ recently disclosed a possibility of a huge cyber attack and just after that, Zomato Company informed that their 17 million data have been stolen from their database.
Hacking their user name and password, the hackers have stolen such large amount of information. Mentioning this incident in their own blog, they said-Due to storing the information of payment and credit card somewhere else individually, they were not stolen. But, many other information of the firm got stolen. This is not the first time. The computer system of Zomato Company was once hacked in 2015 too. Due to such incident, a terrible environment still exists. Now, how the information got stolen is being investigated.
Researcher of FootPrint firm Nicholas Goodyear said-After ‘WannaCry’, a malware virus named ‘ADYLKUZZ’ is about attack all the computer systems globally. This malware will attack the computer system and at a time, from the other side money will get transferred to the hacker’s account through virtual currency software ‘Monero’ and the user will remain uninformed about the whole incident.
Primarily, such situation may not seem to be quite serious, but it may harm a lot in future. As much remarkable changes are not observed yet, the cyber hackers will get huge time to execute their plan.
