ICT (Information and Communication Technology) State Minister Zunaid Ahmed Palak spoke of developing a policy on new innovations besides giving importance on it in a seminar titled ‘National Information and Communication Technology Policy 2015’ (‘জাতীয় তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তি নীতিমালা ২০১৫’ যুগোপযোগীকরণ কর্মশালায়) held at Bangabandhu International Conference Center, Dhaka on Wednesday, June 7, 2017. For this, we need to develop policy. We have already Education Policy, Women Policy, ICT Policy and we are still working on them to get them fully prepared for upcoming future.

President of Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS) Mustafa Jabbar delivered the key note speech in the seminar, whereas the special guest was the Country Director of UNDP Bangladesh Mr. Sudipto Mukerjee and the program was presided over by the Acting Secretary of ICT Division Mr. Subir Kishore Chowdhury.
