ACCA (The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) the largest global body for professional accountants has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with BACCO (Bangladesh Association of Call Center and Outsourcing) to work in collaboration on development of BPO sector in Bangladesh. ACCA supports its professionals and partners through 96 country offices, presence in 172 countries, more than 600,000 member and students and over 8500 approved employers around the globe. ACCA has significant experience of working with government, Stakeholders of top BPO economies in the world.
Country Manager of ACCA Bangladesh Mohua Rashid and General Secretary of BACCO Towhid Hossain have signed the MoU from the respective side.
This MoU with BACCO will ensure mutual resource sharing, access to professionals, global connectivity for Bangladesh BPO sector and increase employability of professionals in Bangladesh.
State Minister of ICT Division Zunaid Ahmed Palak, BACCO President Wahid Sharif, Strategy and Business Development Manager of ACCA Syed Asif Aziz, Chairman of ACCA Bangladesh Member Advisory Committee Arif Al Islam were also present at the MoU signing ceremony.
