Aiming to provide passport services through automated system coping up with world’s developed countries, our government initiated E-Passport programme. Bangladeshi tech company Flora Telecom Limited is to provide technological support for E-Passport project implementation across the country.

German company Veridos will look after the overall management of the E-Commerce project and the as local company Flora Telecom will provide the technological support for information management and security purpose, as informed Flora authority.

The officials of Flora Telecom said- Flora Telecom will be responsible for the main data center of E-Passport.

As per a press release of Flora Telecom, officials from Flora Telecom will coordinate with technologies in Disaster Management, Local Passport offices. As local partners, Flora will provide institutional enterprise server, storage and security solutions for for operating passport programs.
