Apart from necessary education and training, patience is must. Usually youth faces a big problem while working in the ICT sector and it is the existing huge gap between academy and reality. In that case, it is essential for them to gather knowledge about commercial matters besides technology based education. He said- Hi-Tech Park Authority along with the ICT Division of Bangladesh Government is providing different training sessions for the new entrepreneurs. We have planned numbers of programmes for the entrepreneurs where they are likely to get benefited as I hope.

An entrepreneur should have some ideas regarding his or her limitations, as the speakers said in the seminar. Besides, he or she also has to hold the tendency to accept failure as well as to get educated. Solutions rather than the problems should be given emphasis on. We also have to know about how the critical circumstances should be handled.
