On Tuesday, May 14, at the Bangabandhu International Conference Center in Dhaka, OnePlus Bangladesh CEO Menk Wang announced that this popular brand will ensure exceptional after-sales service and reliable support system for the first time in Bangladesh. Meanwhile, OnePlus’ Brand Strategy Director Mr. Thomas, Retail Director of Bangladesh Mr. Willard and others were present.
On the occasion, after-sales service director of OnePlus Bangladesh Md. Rubayet Ferdous Chowdhury said, “We will provide free repair service for the vertical line problem of our global version smartphone display. The company will provide free repair service in case of vertical line problem on global version smartphones of OnePlus regardless of warranty status. In the first phase, after-sales service will be available at 35 locations (22 service centers and 13 service points) across the country. At the same time, OnePlus Bangladesh will provide 7-day smartphone replacement warranty and 12-month smartphone service for global version products.”

The new device uses the MediaTek Dimension 6020 5G platform and a powerful 5,000 mAh battery capable of 33W Supersonic flash charging. With the first locally produced model, the Nord N30 SE 5G, OnePlus will gradually introduce a wider range of 5G smartphones made in Bangladesh.
The 4 GB RAM and 128 GB ROM variant will be available in showrooms from May 22 for just Tk 15,999.
