Aiming to inspire the youth with abilities in IT practices and get them involved in the mainstream development, Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) has organized an IT contest program up to the national level. The competition began at 9:30 am today (April 21) at University of Asia Pacific in Greenroad, Dhaka, initiated by ICT Division of Bangladesh Government.

As chief guest Honorable Post, Telecommunication and ICT Minister Mustafa Jabbar will be present in the closing and prize distribution ceremony to be taken place at 4 pm, whereas ICT State Minister will be present as special guest.

Director of Bangladesh Computer Council (Training and Development) Mohammad Enamul Kabir, Head of Department in Center for Services and Information on Disability (CSID) Mr. Alaok Kumar Shah, Head of Programmer in CSID Mr. Iftekhar Afmed and others were present in the inauguration ceremony of the competition.

The contest is going on in four categories where 15 visually disabled, 17 physically disabled, 13 autistics and 14 hearing and speech impaired youth took part.
