Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission is getting another Brigadier General from Bangladesh Army as Director General. Brigadier General Kazi Mustafizur Rahman has been appointed as the new Director General of the Commission. A notification has been issued in this regard from the public administration on Monday.

According to the order of the President, this order has been directed to be implemented immediately.

Earlier last September, the government appointed Brigadier General Mohammad Khalil-ur-Rehman as the Director General of System and Services Department of Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC).

Apart from him, now 2 more Brigadier Generals are serving in BTRC as Director General. Among them, Brigadier General Moniruzzaman Jewel is serving as Director General in Spectrum Department, and Brigadier General Md. Ehsanul Kabir in Engineering and Operations Department.

In addition, Ashish Kumar Kundu is serving as a civilian in the Legal and Licensing Department and Abdullah Al Mamun is serving as the Director General of the Administration Department.
