TECNO, the smartphone brand, has inaugurated its Carlcare Flagship Service Center at Bashundhara City Shopping Complex in Panthapath, Dhaka. To commemorate the launch, TECNO and Carlcare have announced a special promotional campaign.

Under this offer, customers can avail a 20% discount on servicing out-of-warranty phones at the service center until February 14. Additionally, free software updates and mobile cleaning services will be provided, while selected customers will receive special gifts.

The service center, authorized for TECNO, iTel, and Infinix devices, will offer post-sales repair services, software updates, and premium customer support.

The new flagship center was recently inaugurated by Rezwanul Haque, CEO of iSmartu Technology BD Ltd., and Mahfuzul Haque Miraj, Head of Carlcare Bangladesh.
