In 2023, Bikroy saw a 20% rise in property sellers and a 17% rise in buyers compared to 2022, with this trend continuing into 2024 as the peak season approaches later in the year. Comprehensive data from shows that in Dhaka, Mirpur leads with 32% of property sales, followed by Bashundhara at 19%. This preference is due to better infrastructure, amenities, and connectivity. Outside Dhaka city, Rangpur and the Dhaka Division are prominent, each with around 19% and 18% of sales respectively. 

Bashundhara is the most searched location in Dhaka, making up 25% of the total searches, followed by Gulshan at 20%. This shows buyers' interest in premium areas. Outside Dhaka, Khulna and Sylhet are the top searched locations, indicating a wide interest in properties nationwide. 

In Dhaka, properties (for sale) priced between BDT 5,001 and BDT 7,000 per Sqft. are the most available, making up 17% of listings. Properties under BDT 5,000/Sqft. are also common. For rentals, 22% of properties are priced between BDT 2,00,000 and BDT 3,00,000, showing a high demand for luxury rentals. This highlights different affordability levels in the market.
