Bangladesh Association of Call Center & Outsourcing (BACCO) organized a daylong training program on “Operational Supervisory & Leadership” which was sponsored by ICT Business Promotion Council (IBPC) on 04 February 2018 at Sheikh Hasina software Technology Park (SHSTP), Jessore.

Mr. Md. Harunur Rashid, Senior Consultant, IDEA Project graced the training program as the Chief Guest. Mr. Wahid Sharif, President, BACCO said, to achieve 1 billion dollar from export market and create 100,000+ sustainable jobs for youths of the country by 2021 BACCO will keep organizing many more training programs in coming days to create more skilled workforces required for the BPO Industry. Mr. Towhid Hossain, Secretary General, BACCO; Mr. Shariful Basher, Executive Officer, IBPC were also present and shared their experiences during the inaugural of the training program.
