Indian Navy has launched its first self-made military drone. The country’s Adani Group has developed the state-of-the-art drone Drishti 10 ‘Starliner’ capable of flying for a long time at medium altitude.

It is said to be a significant step in India’s strategic development and technological advancement in high-endurance, combat-usable and indigenously developed advanced air defense systems.

The drone will provide an advanced intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance platform, with a 36-hour endurance, 450 kg payload capacity, the only all-weather military platform that can fly in both separate and isolated airspace.

Drishti 10 drone launch ceremony was held at Adani Aerospace Park in Hyderabad on Wednesday. Adani Defense & Aerospace is playing an important role in achieving self-reliance in India’s defense and security. Source: NDTV.
