TallyKhata, the largest digital platform for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in Bangladesh, announces to enhance its merchant support and services by using REVE Chat’s IM-enabled Live Chat Platform. Now TallyKhata’s million merchants can interact with its service center from different digital channels easily and comfortably. There was a signing ceremony between TallyKhata and REVE Systems to launch this service at TallyKhata’s office on the 30th of May, 2024.
TallyKhata provides an intuitive app that helps small shops and businesses maintain transaction records, and its wallet TallyPay accepts digital payments from customers using QR codes. Under this service enhancement, TallyKhata will integrate REVE Live Chat into its platform. TallyKhata's integration of REVE Live Chat will let agents manage communications from several platforms like Facebook Messenger, Viber, Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the website using a unified system. Users will receive real-time assistance in English, Bangla, and interestingly, Banglish. Essentially, REVE Live Chat addresses a crucial issue for support service agents where they can respond to messages from various inbound channels through a single dashboard. This platform also has collaborative tools such as co-browsing and audio-video calls for superior customer support.
TallyKhata CEO Dr. Shahadat Khan said, "This integration with REVE Chat is a significant milestone for TallyKhata. We believe that exceptional merchant service is a cornerstone of business success. By leveraging REVE Chat's advanced capabilities, we can ensure that our users will receive the highest quality support, no matter which platform they choose to interact with us on. We are looking forward to seeing the positive impact it will have on our community of users."
