Syed Almas Kabir has been elected as the President of the executive committee of ICT Club Limited. The results of the election for the 2025-2027 term were announced in a club notification on May 13.

According to the notification, "One candidate has submitted nomination paper for the post of President and six candidates for the six posts of Executive Committee Members in the election of Executive Committee of the club for the 2025-2027 term. Therefore, the President and six Executive Committee Members have been elected unopposed."

Syed Almas Kabir, a former president of the Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS), currently holds several other positions, including advisor to the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) and Vice President of Gulshan Society.

The six newly elected members of the executive committee are Alamgir Hossain, Md. Mosharraf Hossain, Md. Wahedul Hasan Dipu, Md. Shahid-ul-Munir, Syed Showkot Ahmed, and Yousuf Ali Shamim.

Shaheen Mahmud Iqbal served as the Chairman of the election commission, while Birendra Nath Adhikary, Neamul Haque Khan, Sheikh Abul Hashem, and Md. Abu Tuhin Chowdhury served as commission members.
