Aussie cricket star Bradman is also known as ‘The Don’. He was born at Bowral in New South Wales in the year 1908. He was recognized with ‘Knighthood’ title for his tremendous contribution in cricket. He is the only Australian cricketer who achieved this title.
Bradman, ‘The Wonder Boy of Bowral’, debuted in First Class Cricket at the age of 19. Later, the entire cricket world got amazed by the incredible performance of this wonder boy. His total runs in 52 test matches are 6996, at an average 99.94. Generally, batsmen having an average above 50 in test cricket are considered great, whereas Bradman’s batting average is 99.94.
This greatest batsman ever in cricket history passed away in 2001 at the age of 92.
