Google’s next-generation Pixel series of smartphones and smartwatches have been speculated for a long time. Recently, the company ‘mistakenly’ revealed the design and color options of the upcoming Pixel 8 series Pro model on the Google Store website. 

But this time putting an end to all speculations, the American technology company has officially announced the date of unveiling the Pixel 8 series.

These much-awaited devices will be unveiled in early October. At the same event, the tech giant is also expected to unveil the Pixel Watch-2.

According to the invitation sent by Google, the Google Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro will be unveiled on October 4. Talking about the key specifications, the upcoming Pixel phones are going to come with Google’s Tensor G3 processor. Also, these devices are said to include the Titan security chip inside. 

The Pixel 8 may feature a 6.2-inch display, while the Pixel 8 Pro will feature a 6.71-inch OLED display with QHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.
